King James II

A nonchalant Michael Jones relaxes next to his latest locomotive, the 7 1/4in. gauge King James II. Michael says that it runs as well as it looks, which is excellent. This great locomotive took only six years to complete, and is the fourth large express engine he has built in this gauge. It is pictured on display a Sandown Park in 2009. At the previous exhibition there in 2006 Michael showed his Britannia class locomotive, William Shakespeare.
